Affiliate Programme Terms — version 1.1
Affiliates may promote SpeakBrit using truthful descriptions, approved brand materials and genuine recommendations. Spam, impersonation, false claims, misleading scarcity, fake reviews, trademark bidding that pretends to be SpeakBrit, and self-referrals are not permitted.
Commission is earned only on qualifying new paid learner enrolments attributed to an approved affiliate. The standard one-time commission is £30 for a qualifying Small Group learner and £50 for a qualifying Private 1-to-1 learner, unless SpeakBrit has agreed a different rate with the affiliate in writing or through the affiliate dashboard.
The 30-day validation hold begins on the date SpeakBrit receives the referred learner’s first successful payment. During that period the commission remains pending. After 30 days it may become approved for payout only if the enrolment remains active and there has been no refund, chargeback, payment failure, fraud, duplicate attribution, self-referral or other disqualifying event.
Affiliate relationships should be disclosed clearly where required. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations. SpeakBrit may suspend an affiliate account where programme rules are breached.
